Returns Policy

We do hope that you will be satisfied with any purchases made through the Carnica Bees website, however if you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us by email at info@carnicabees.co.uk or telephone 01840 213656 and we will try our best to resolve the problem.

Once a problem has been reported you will be offered the option to either have a replacement item supplied or alternative exchange or your money refunded.

If an item is damaged on delivery you must notify us within 3 days of the receipt of your order. You will then be asked to return the item and we will inspect the goods and refund the purchase price plus any expenses of postage incurred as a result. Please note though that we will not accept any responsibility for any items that are lost whilst being returned to us.

If any items are to be returned they will not be accepted without prior contact and we will then inform you of the returns address.

If you purchased a product as part of a gift set then please note that the entire set must be returned in order to receive a refund or exchange.

We will not accept returns on items where we believe that they have been reasonably used unless there is justifiable reason for such a return.

If a return has been processed our returns policy includes the use of appropriate follow up action either via letter, email or phone call to make sure that you are satisfied and the problem has been solved.
